Setting to restrict user group access by selecting ON / OFF to allow the use of your contact us form.

Note: While de-selecting usergroups to view the contact us form in adminCP,

the contact us link is still active but hidden, thus allowing Spammers to still access and send Spam email through your contact us form via the link address.

This App Stops Spammers from sending Spam Emails by selecting User groups, and choosing: Can this user group access the contact us Page? YES or NO.
If you select NO to a user group(s), then those user groups will be restricted and redirected to your Home Page and can no longer access your contact us form.

Example: You want to block guests and banned users from accessing the contact us form, but you still want to give access to your registered users.

Just select those 2 user groups and select NO in the settings.
Can this user group access the contact us Page? (*select: NO )

Now all Guests and Banned users will no longer be able to send you Spam emails via the contact us form!

They are redirected to your Home Page. 🙂

Installation Guide

Please follow the steps below to install your new Contact us Access App:

Purchase and Install the Contact us Access app from the store.
Remove files no longer used (at Admin Panel > Maintenance > Remove files no longer used).
Clear Cache and Rebuild Core Theme on your site.

Congratulation! You have completed the installation process, Your new app is installed.

Now go to (Admin Panel > Apps > Installed > Contact us access permission).

Here you will see an Introduction on how to use the settings 🙂

No, you do not need to remove the contact us link in the footer, the app has its own usergroup settings.

Question 2: Can I remove the contact us link in the footer ?

YES, you can remove the contact us link in footer and activate our app. So now even though the spammers have the https:// URL to your contact form, they will not be able to access the form. They will get redirected to your home page with a warning ** You Don't Have Permission To Access This Page **
