How to Add/Manage Cancellations

In order to manage the options your members can select from when cancelling their account, we do this in the AdminCP.

AdminCP >> Users >> User Cancellation

Add Options

Here you can add more options for better feedback when someone cancels their account.

Product: Core
Module: User
Cancellation Reason: whatever your new reason will be
Submit it when done.

Manage Options

Here you can manage the cancellation options available to your members. You can move them up or down to arrange how they appear. You can Delete or Edit them by clicking on the arrow to the left of the reason and selecting what you want to do. To the right is a green (active) or red (inactive) dot. Click the dot to activate/deactivate it.
