How to Enable Google Maps for Events

If you want your members to be able to use google maps in their events

You need to enable it in the user group settings per user group.

Once you are in the user group that you want to allow to see and add google maps in events, select the Events module on the left and then on the right you will see:

Can members of this user group view a Google Map in the Events section?
Can members of this user group add a Google Map to their events?

and both need to be true in order for the member to see and add events maps.

Note that if you have issues and the map is not working, try creating a new google map api key.

Note that the event needs an address for the map to show also.
