Fixed the bug in hooks to make rewrite experience even better.
This little app will let you manage your URL Rewrites from your AdminCP.
For example you want your blog section to appear as journal in URLs of your website. Simply choose Blog module in AdminCP and enter "journal" in rewrite field. Then both yoursite.com/blog and yoursite.com/journal will work the same (including sub-URLs).
URL rewrite is supported in other languages than English, allowing you to rename all sections to your own language, even with special characters.
You may also use this plugin for URLs that include slashes. Simply enter custom rewrite URL as it currently appears on your website (e.g. user/login => login) and voila – it will look much better now!
Compatible and checked with phpFox 4.7.0+

Please note that plugin may not work for some custom routes hard-coded in third-party applications.
